Come and explore this Japanese technique of hollowing out clay from a solid slab to make a 4 piece sugar and creamer set! Lindsay Wood will teach this ancient technique in a two-part class. You will create your own lidded sugar bowl, creamer, spoon, and tray. Lindsay will guide you through basic surface decoration techniques to finish your pieces. This class is open to 5 students. All materials and tools are provided.
